We are looking for good, reliable general contractors to work with. We are a residential redevelopment company that buys, rehabs, and sells single-family homes in the Middlesex and Essex county areas. We have rehabbed over 50 houses and our goal is to rehab 10 houses this year, so we are looking for new contractors to help us reach that goal. Even though we are Realtors ourselves, we still look to partner with local Realtors who know their markets well.  If you find us a distressed "off-market" lead (something not on the MLS), all you have to do is give us the address.
