We recently bought this cape style home which currently has only one floor developed. Our plan is to add a dormer to the back of the house and add 2 more bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry to the second floor.  We will also be renovating the kitchen and existing bathroom, converting to gas heat with a new furnace, adding central air, new windows, and so much more! Stay tuned to our progress as we hope to have this home on the market in late fall.
