Our Projects

We are excited to announce our latest project - 54 Summer Street in the desirable town of North Andover, Massachusetts - is now for sale! This ranch style home is larger than it looks, with a living room and gorgeous, sun-lit first floor family room, as well as a large basement that can be finished for additional bonus space.

The house needed all of the basics - like walls, floors, and ceilings (all have been removed due to an old roof leak) and modern updates and mechanicals.  We turned this former "pink palace" into a beautiful home with a new kitchen, updated bathrooms, and new siding, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.  Now that it's renovated, buyers will love the one floor living, large 1+ acre yard, and quiet country living.
