Our Projects

We are excited to announce our latest acquisition in bucolic Hamilton, Massachusetts! We bought this cute little ranch with the idea to just make some cosmetic changes, but discovered that if we add a 2nd floor to this house, we will get a lot more bang for our buck! The house would go from a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home under 1100 s.f. to a 2000+ sf house featuring 4 bedrooms and 2-3 full baths!  Since this home needs a new septic system anyway, and is located in a desirable town with an excellent school system (we should know, Papa Ron was a teacher at Hamilton-Wenham High School), why not upgrade? Families will love this home located on a quiet side street just steps away from popular Lake Chebacco. Stay tuned to see how our first ever "Pop-The-Top" goes.....
